# Trust Center

> How the public Trust Center works, why teams publish one, and the brand assets for Keldyn's own center.

A Trust Center is a public page for your security and compliance posture. Prospects, customers, and their reviewers open it without a Keldyn login. You choose what is visible, and you can update it from the same controls, frameworks, and documents you already keep in Keldyn.

Keldyn publishes its own center at [trust.keldyn.ai/keldyn](https://trust.keldyn.ai/keldyn). Live certification status, the current subprocessor list, and documents that change over time belong there. This page explains how any organization's center works, and the brand files used on Keldyn's.

## Why it is useful

* Reviewers get a current page instead of a PDF that goes stale after the next audit cycle.
* You publish the frameworks and controls you are willing to show, and keep everything else inside the product.
* Documents can be downloaded immediately or held behind an access request, so a SOC report and a public overview can live in the same place.
* The page can sit on `trust.keldyn.ai/{your-slug}` or on a hostname you own, such as `trust.yourcompany.com`.

## How it works

Team admins manage the center from **Trust Center** in the app. The same settings can be read and updated with the Trust Center tools on the [Keldyn MCP server](/keldyn-mcp-server#trust-center). Logo, favicon, and banner files are uploaded in the web app.

### Turn it on

Enabling the center makes it resolvable. While it is off, the public site has nothing to show for that organization. The default address is `https://trust.keldyn.ai/{slug}`, using the organization's slug.

You can attach up to two custom domains. Each domain stays pending until DNS verification succeeds. An active custom domain becomes the public URL for the center.

### What visitors see

The public site has three areas:

| Page | Contents |
| - | - |
| Overview | Title, summary, contact email, privacy-policy link, published frameworks, subprocessors, and a preview of shared controls |
| Controls | The full set of controls you have marked as shared, grouped for browsing |
| Resources | Published documents, grouped by framework. This link appears only when at least one resource is published |

The title is `{organization name} Trust Center`. The summary, contact email, and privacy-policy link come from the Trust Center profile. If you turn on the controls-updated badge, the overview shows how recently a shared control changed.

A framework appears in public only after you publish it, and only with status **Achieved** or **Planned**. Planned frameworks can show a target quarter. Controls appear only when you explicitly share them, and only for a published framework. Subprocessors shown on the page are the ones recorded for the organization.

### Documents and access

Each published resource is either public or gated.

* **Public** resources download directly.
* **Gated** resources show a request form. The visitor enters a name and email. An admin approves or declines the request. Approval emails a link that stays valid for 45 days. The link opens only the resource that was granted. An admin can revoke a grant before it expires.

Access links keep the grant token in the URL fragment, so it is not written to server logs as a query parameter.

## Brand assets

The public page uses three images plus one color. Upload them under **Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Branding and contact**.

| Asset | File | Size | Where it appears |
| - | - | - | - |
| Logo | [logo.png](/images/trust-center/logo.png) | 1024×1024 PNG | Header, in a 40×40 box beside the organization name |
| Favicon | [favicon.png](/images/trust-center/favicon.png) | 1024×1024 PNG | Browser tab, shortcut, and Apple touch icon |
| Banner | [banner.png](/images/trust-center/banner.png) | 1920×1080 PNG | Background of the hero band behind the summary card |
| Primary color | `#B9441D` | Hex color | "Trust Center" label, navigation, links, and the access-request button |

The logo and favicon are the same image as the web app favicon: a black rounded square, a white lowercase k, and a coral dot. The Trust Center site uses that image for the tab icon until an organization uploads its own. Upload the PNGs. The product accepts PNG or JPEG for the logo, and PNG, JPEG, or WebP for the favicon and banner. A `.ico` file is also accepted for the favicon. The logo must be 1024×1024 pixels or smaller.

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/keldyn-ai/EamMOOoN_EUpLhD0/images/trust-center/banner.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=EamMOOoN_EUpLhD0&q=85&s=4154c3fac48ceade15547ddc6af22ef4" alt="Keldyn Trust Center banner: coral light on a dark navy field" width="1920" height="1080" data-path="images/trust-center/banner.png" />

### Color

| Name | Hex | Use |
| - | - | - |
| Coral | `#DA714E` | The dot on the mark, and the light on the banner |
| Coral light | `#E7A184` | Softer edge of the banner glow |
| Coral dark | `#B9441D` | Trust Center primary color |
| Ink | `#111827` | Wordmark on light surfaces, outside this page |
| Paper | `#F9FAFB` | Wordmark on dark surfaces, outside this page |
| Field | `#152038` to `#0E1730` | Banner background |

The primary color is painted onto text and links on a light page, so Keldyn uses coral dark (`#B9441D`) there. Coral (`#DA714E`) stays on the dot in the mark and in the banner light.

The hero lays a dark scrim over the banner, from `rgba(7, 12, 28, 0.78)` to `rgba(7, 12, 28, 0.84)`, and the summary sits on a card. On a wide screen the visible banner is a short center band at the left and right edges. Keep the subject vertically centered, and keep type off the banner. The organization name is already set in the header.

### Mark

* Black rounded square with a white lowercase k and a coral dot. This is the web app favicon, used for both the Trust Center logo and favicon.
* The header already prints the organization name beside the tile, so the file is the mark alone.
* Do not crop the k or the dot, and do not replace this file with the wordmark.
* Type elsewhere on Keldyn surfaces is Inter.

### Using the files

1. Open **Trust Center → Trust Center Settings**.
2. Set the primary color to `#B9441D`.
3. Upload `logo.png` as the logo, `favicon.png` as the favicon, and `banner.png` as the banner.
4. Save the profile.

Other organizations use the same three slots with their own mark, favicon, banner, and primary color. These files are for Keldyn's center.
